Envoie un paquet magique à la carte réseau !
Il faut un BIOS, une carte réseau compatible et activer wake on lan dans le BIOS !

Installation :
sudo apt-get install wakeonlan

ex :
wakeonlan -i 192.168.0.255 00:0D:9D:9B:BA:xx

Installation :
sudo apt-get install samba-common

ex :
net rpc shutdown -I ip.address -U user%password

Sur windows 10 : 
  * activer service registre à distance 
  * ajouter LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy DWORD à 1 dans HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
