“Draw me a collection” — an immersive room for a collective creative experience. This installation closes the trail devoted to landscape. It is an immersive space offering visitors a participatory creative workshop in which they build an ideal landscape or city. At its centre, a 55-inch touch table lets the public browse many libraries of graphic objects and compose them into an imaginary city or landscape, projected in real time onto a semicircular 180° screen six metres round and three metres high.

The media library holds objects of every kind — trees, houses, apartment blocks, boats, clouds, animals, figures — sorted by family into digital drawers. All of them are taken from works in the museum, in every style and from every period. The installation invites visitors and the people of Toulon to remix the museum’s works into a new vision of their city and their landscape.

The space is in perpetual motion: visitors continually recompose the digital fresco, and every element can be rotated and zoomed. A camera control on the table lets visitors photograph themselves in front of the fresco and email the picture to whomever they choose.
