7 REECE MEWS EXPERIENCE

The Grimaldi Forum Monaco’s exhibition devoted to Francis Bacon invited visitors to take part in a collective work, through an immersive space designed by Mosquito. Photographs are transformed to resemble the documents Bacon accumulated — an original way of walking in the artist’s footsteps. Using a multi-user touch table, the images approved by participants are projected onto the walls of the temporary studio, juxtaposing and piling up over the course of the summer until they saturate the space entirely and take on the air of a shambles, like the mythical Reece Mews studio itself.
